What is your return policy?

If your RocknRollK9 t-shirt is the wrong size or fails to meet your expectations for any reason, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for your refund or exchange. Please indicate with your return if you wish to exchange the shirt for another size or style. You will be responsible for any price difference if you select a larger size at a different price point. Regular shipping and handling fees apply to all exchanges. We do not accept exchanges for any merchandise that is returned to us after 14 days, has been used or is not in its original condition. After one exchange, each additional exchange will incur a 25% restocking fee. We recommend that you ship your return with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.

If you return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receipt and would like a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued back to your credit card through your original purchase information. We do not reimburse for shipping or handling charges.

What is your shipping policy?

RocknRollK9 uses USPS and UPS for all of our shipments. Our default method of shipping is USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. You are also able to select UPS Ground, UPS Priority or UPS 2-Day shipping. The charge for shipping for UPS shipments is determined with the rate calculator based on your location. Tracking information will be sent to you via email when your package is shipped via UPS only. All orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days unless otherwise notified.

We do ship product internationally. Once the order is placed we will email you a shipping price and if you accept the price we will process your order. You are responsible for any and all customs charges you may incur. We have no way to calculate or estimate customs charges.
